RingFit Gauge Terms of Use

Standard licence

Your use of RingFit Gauge is licensed under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (the standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these terms and Apple's standard EULA differ, Apple's standard EULA governs your licence to use the app; the terms below add product-specific detail.

What RingFit Gauge is

RingFit Gauge is a measurement and conversion utility. It helps you estimate a ring size by measuring a ring you already own against your calibrated phone screen, or by measuring your finger, and converts between international sizing systems.

Measurement disclaimer

RingFit Gauge provides sizing estimates and conversion tools. It is not a professional jewellery measuring instrument and does not guarantee measurement accuracy. Actual ring fit varies with the manufacturer, the width of the ring band, finger swelling, temperature, the measurement method used and the quality of your screen calibration. Ring size charts differ between manufacturers and between countries. For high-value purchases, custom or made-to-order jewellery, or permanent resizing, confirm the final size with a professional jeweller before ordering.

No liability for sizing decisions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RingFit and its developer are not liable for any loss arising from a purchase, resizing, alteration or other decision made on the basis of a measurement produced by the app. You remain responsible for verifying a size before spending money on it.

RingFit Pro

RingFit Pro unlocks all international sizing systems, unlimited measurement history, Gift Mode, the precision ruler and bracelet sizing. It is available two ways. "Lifetime Access" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase: a single payment, not a subscription, with no recurring charge. "Yearly Premium" is an auto-renewable subscription with a one-year period; it renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store account settings.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the app in your local currency, inclusive of applicable tax, exactly as your App Store storefront reports them before you confirm a purchase. The app never displays a price of its own. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation. Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's published refund policy; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to circumvent the purchase verification in RingFit, or redistribute the app or its sizing data as your own product.

Availability

RingFit measures offline. Features that depend on the App Store — purchases and restoring purchases — require a network connection and may be unavailable at times. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of those features.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated in a future version of the app. Continuing to use RingFit after an update means you accept the updated terms.
