RingFit Gauge Privacy Policy

The short version

RingFit Gauge has no server, no account and no sign-up. Your measurements, your screen calibration, your saved history and your preferences are written to storage on your device and are never transmitted anywhere. The only data that leaves your device is what Apple and RevenueCat handle in order to sell you RingFit Pro and to remember that you own it.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, contacts, photos, camera access, microphone access, location or health data. RingFit Gauge does not require an account and does not ask you to sign in. It requests no iOS permissions of any kind.

Measurements stay on your device

Ring measurements, finger measurements, saved labels, bracelet and necklace values, your screen calibration and your app preferences are stored only in this app's private storage on your device. They are not uploaded, not backed up to any service we operate, and not visible to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them. Settings › Reset All Data erases them immediately.

Analytics

This version of RingFit Gauge contains no analytics SDK and collects no usage analytics. No screen views, no events and no usage statistics are recorded or transmitted. If a future version introduces analytics, this policy will be updated before that version ships, the App Store privacy information will be updated to match, and a control to turn it off will appear in Settings.

Crash reporting

This version contains no crash reporting SDK. If the app crashes, Apple may provide us with an aggregated, anonymised crash report through App Store Connect if you have opted in to sharing diagnostics with developers in your iOS settings. That sharing is controlled entirely by Apple and by your device settings, not by this app.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple. We never see your payment card, your Apple Account credentials or your billing address. To determine whether RingFit Pro is active on your device, the app uses RevenueCat, Inc. as a processor. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated application user identifier that it creates itself, your App Store purchase receipt, and basic technical information such as the app version, platform and country of your storefront. This identifier is not derived from your name, email or any device advertising identifier, and RevenueCat never receives your measurements. See revenuecat.com/privacy.

Advertising

RingFit Gauge contains no advertising and no advertising SDK. No advertisements are shown, no advertising identifier is read, and no advertising or attribution network receives anything from this app.

International transfers

RevenueCat is based in the United States and may process the limited purchase data described above outside your country of residence. Apple processes payment data under its own terms. Those transfers are governed by each provider's own safeguards and privacy terms.

How long data is kept

Data held on your device is kept until you delete it or uninstall the app; nothing expires on its own. Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are retained under their own retention policies, because a lifetime purchase must remain restorable indefinitely.

Children

RingFit Gauge is a general-audience utility rated 4+ and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.

Your rights

Because RingFit Gauge keeps your data on your own device, you control it directly: Settings › Reset All Data erases your calibration, saved measurements and preferences immediately and permanently. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability or objection in relation to the limited data held by our processors. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the updated version will be published with a new effective date and included in an app update. The version bundled in the app and the version published on our website are kept identical.
