These terms apply to your use of CleanSwipe: Photo Cleaner (“CleanSwipe”), published by MSA CORE LLC. By using the app you agree to them. They supplement, and do not replace, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to your use of the app.
CleanSwipe examines the photos and videos in your photo library and suggests items you may want to review — similar photos, screenshots, possibly blurry photos and large videos. It also offers a swipe-based review flow and local video compression.
CleanSwipe makes suggestions. Classifications such as “similar” or “possibly blurry” are the result of automated measurements and will not always match your judgement. A photo you value may be suggested for review, and a photo you do not want may not be. You are expected to look at what you have selected before confirming any removal.
Removed items are moved to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, where iOS retains them for a limited period (about 30 days) before permanently erasing them. Outside that Apple-provided window, CleanSwipe cannot recover deleted media and does not keep copies of it. Storage on your device is not reclaimed until Recently Deleted is emptied, either by you or by iOS at the end of that period.
Compression re-encodes a video on your device and saves the result as a new item in your photo library. Your original is left untouched, and CleanSwipe only offers to remove it after the new file has been written and verified. Output size and visual quality depend on the source video and cannot be guaranteed in advance; estimates shown before compression are approximations.
Figures shown in the app describe the size of the items CleanSwipe suggests you review. They are not a promise of how much storage you will recover, which depends on what you choose to remove and on how iOS manages Recently Deleted.
CleanSwipe is free to download and includes a real scan and a meaningful amount of cleanup. CleanSwipe Pro unlocks the remaining features.
All prices shown in the app are supplied by the App Store in your local currency. Purchases are billed to your Apple Account at confirmation.
A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Apple does not cancel an active subscription when a separate one-time purchase is made. CleanSwipe therefore does not sell Lifetime to anyone whose subscription is set to renew; you are asked to turn off renewal first. If you buy Lifetime while a subscription is still within a paid period, that period is not refunded.
If a subscription price changes, Apple's rules apply: Apple notifies you and, where required, asks for your consent before the new price takes effect. If you do not agree, the subscription is not renewed at the new price.
If you reinstall CleanSwipe or use a new device with the same Apple Account, use Restore Purchases — available on the CleanSwipe Pro screen and in Settings — to make your purchase available again. Restoring reports honestly: if no purchase is found for the signed-in Apple Account, the app says so rather than claiming success.
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. MSA CORE LLC cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. If a purchase is refunded or revoked, the corresponding access ends.
Use CleanSwipe only on a photo library you are entitled to manage. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the purchase mechanisms of the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
CleanSwipe is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSA CORE LLC makes no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that its classifications will match your preferences, or that any particular amount of storage will be recovered.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSA CORE LLC is not liable for loss of media resulting from deletions you confirmed, for media permanently erased after the Recently Deleted period, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here reduces any statutory consumer rights you have.
